My name is Win Kwok and I am a user experience art director based in London. Over the past 10 years I have developed online solutions for leading agencies such as AKQA and Saatchi & Saatchi and have gained solid start-up experience - building multimillion dot.coms such as Betfair and mydeco from the ground up.

The aim was to motivate women and boost fitness levels after the excess that Christmas inevitably brings. The campaign featured online activation and exclusive entry to Nike events across 4 of the UK's major cities. Customer experience touch points included website registration and training programme download, emails, free nike personal training sessions, and weekly events where users could experience master classes and alternative therapy zones. The site attracted over 36,000 users.
