My name is Win Kwok and I am a user experience art director based in London. Over the past 10 years I have developed online solutions for leading agencies such as AKQA and Saatchi & Saatchi and have gained solid start-up experience - building multimillion dot.coms such as Betfair and mydeco from the ground up.

My aim is to create products that are simple and easy to use whilst engaging the consumer in a way that is unique to the brand. I'm obsessed with innovation, craft and quality and I love working with people who feel the same.

Sainsbury's rebranded

Developed for AKQA

My role: design.

In 2005 Sainsbury's launched a major rebranding programme across all consumer touch points. Analysis had shown that customers were 'sleep-shopping' and in a rut with the things they buy and cook. By asking customers to "Try Something New Today", shoppers were encouraged to spend an extra £1.14 every time they shopped and this delivered an extra £2.5 billion extra revenue. The campaign and off-line work was led by agency AMV and all digital rebranding was led by AKQA. I worked extensively on a range of projects for the Sainsbury's core team throughout the redesign.

Template designs for the new co.uk site. The site required delivery via a robust CMS system, handles 11,000 pages and is viewed by a weekly audience of 200,000.
